What we collect

When you use our contact or support forms we receive your name, email, optional phone and organisation, the services selected and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

How it is sent

Form submissions are emailed to our mailbox through our web host's mail service. We do not store messages in a website database. To limit abuse, the server keeps a pseudonymous, hashed counter of attempts per connection for up to fifteen minutes.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, provide any agreed service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or any other optional cookies. The only thing stored is your cookie-banner choice, kept in your browser's localStorage under the key baqix-cookie-choice, which is strictly necessary to remember that you have seen the notice. You can clear it in your browser or reopen Cookie settings. The site uses system fonts and loads no third-party resources.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
