Services

Four services, described properly.

Each can be commissioned alone, but they work best together. Below is what each one actually involves.

Channel: Mobile

Mobile applications

Apps for iPhone and Android, built to be maintained after launch.

Choosing the approach
Native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform (such as Flutter or React Native). We explain the trade-offs in cost, performance and long-term maintenance for your case.
Building in increments
Work is split into short cycles. At the end of each you get a test build on your own device, not just a status update.
Data and accounts
Sign-in, offline behaviour, notifications and connection to back-end services, with personal data kept to what the feature needs.
Accessibility
Support for dynamic text sizes, screen readers and sufficient contrast from the start, not retrofitted.

Output → source code in your repository, build instructions, and a written handover note.

Channel: Design

UI/UX design

Interfaces that make sense on first use.

Discovery
Short conversations with you and, where possible, with intended users to find what they are trying to get done.
Flows and wireframes
Low-detail screens linked into a clickable prototype so we can test the journey before styling it.
Visual design
Typography, colour and components assembled into a small design system the developers can follow.
Usability checks
Simple task-based sessions with a handful of people, with findings written up in plain English.

Output → design files, a component reference and annotated flows.

Channel: Web

Web design & development

Websites and web applications that load quickly and read clearly.

Marketing and information sites
Hand-built or CMS-based pages, structured for search engines and screen readers.
Web applications
Dashboards, booking tools, portals and internal tools with sensible authentication and role handling.
Performance and accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA and check page weight, image sizes and loading on modest mobile connections.
Hosting and maintenance
Set-up on hosting you control, with backups, TLS certificates and an update plan.

Output → a deployed site, access handed to you, and documentation for editing content.

Channel: Release

Publishing & release preparation

Getting into the App Store, Google Play or onto the web without avoidable delays.

Store accounts
Guidance on setting up Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts in your own organisation's name.
Listing materials
Screenshots, descriptions, keywords, age ratings and the data-safety and privacy declarations each store asks for.
Review readiness
A pre-submission checklist covering test accounts, permissions wording and common rejection reasons.
Launch and after
Staged roll-outs, crash monitoring set-up and a plan for the first updates.

Output → submitted builds, a release checklist and a record of every store setting chosen.

Not sure which you need?

Most people are not. Describe the idea and we will suggest a sensible starting point, which is sometimes smaller than you expect.
